Switzerland & Austria

1 qt. heavy cream
1 1/2 lbs. milk chocolate
1 oz. plum liquor (Zwetschgen Wasser)
A selection of fresh fruits

Heat cream to simmer, do not boil. Pour cream over chocolate and whisk until creamy. Add liquor to the chocolate mixture and whisk together. Serve warm with fresh fruit such as strawberries, pears and apples.
