Apple Vinaigrette Dressing
1-1/3 Cups Canola Oil
1/4 Cup Cider Vinegar
1/4 Cup Apple Juice Concentrate
2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
1/2 Cup Apple Sauce
Salt to taste
Place all ingredients, except Canola Oil and Salt in blender. Blend until smooth.
Add the Canola Oil in increments, blending between each addition Add salt to taste.
Keep refrigerated in an airtight container
Yield: 15 ounces
