Key Lime Martini Recipes
There's nothing like the tart, tropical taste of Key Limes. Martinis made with their juice are popular and they are served at Disney Resorts and Theme Parks. Requests for these drink recipes have come in. Here are a couple similar recipes and ways you can make these delicious drinks at home.
House of Blues' Key Lime Martini

Yield: 1 serving.

Ingredients:

2 ounces Absolut vanilla-infused vodka
1.5 ounces Monin key lime syrup (see note)
1 ounce sour mix
2.5 ounces half-and-half
  Mint sprig and lime wedge for garnish
Graham cracker crumb-rimmed martini glass

Instructions:
1. Shake ingredients with ice.

2. Strain into martini glass.

3. Garnish with lime wedge and mint sprig.

Recipe note: Monin?s flavored syrups are sold at some liquor stores. Also, consumers can order Monin?s flavorings from monin.com, or by calling 1-800- 966-5225.



Key Lime Martini

2 oz Stoli® Vanil vodka
1 oz Rose's® lime juice
1 oz half-and-half

Pour all three ingredients into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and  strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a twist of lime, and serve.

NOTE: The Coral Reef Key Lime Martini contains Ketel One Vodka, Key Lime juice and cream. If you use the vanilla vodka, fresh or bottled Key Lime juice and the cream or half-and-half ratios as listed above the drink should be similar.



Key Lime Martini #2

1 1/2 oz Stoli® Vanil vodka
2/3 oz Ke Ke Beach® key lime liqueur
2/3 oz Rose's® lime juice

Pour vodka, Ke Ke Beach liqueur and lime juice into a cocktail shaker filled with ice  cubes. Shake and pour into a chilled martini cocktail glass. Serve with a twist of lime.

NOTE: Substitute a scoop of vanilla ice cream for crushed ice and blend to duplicate Narcoossee's NarcoossKey Lime Martini which contains Keke Lime Liqueur, Stoli Vodka, vanilla ice cream mix and lime juice garnished with a lime wheel.
