Tonkatsu Sauce (Chicken Marinade)

1 cup Teriyaki Sauce
1 cup Soy Sauce
1 tblsp. Red Wine Vinegar
1 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 cup Sherry Cooking Wine
2 each Whole Bay Leaf
1 tblsp. Ground Black Pepper
3 tblsp. Fresh Ginger Root
2 tblsp. Fresh Garlic

Mix ingredients and marinade chicken overnight in your refrigerator.
